¹ Účet obsluhy je účet, kterým se přihlásíte do aplikace Věrňák a přepnete ji do režimu obsluhy. Teprve pak lze přijímat věrnostní body a uplatňovat kupóny. Jeden účet obsluhy může být přihlášen vždy jen na jednom zařízení. Na tom zařízení pak může obsluhovat kdokoli z vašeho týmu; účet obsluhy se neváže na člověka, ale na obslužné místo. Máte jednu pokladnu a pět číšníků? Stačí vám jeden účet obsluhy. Máte pokladny dvě? Potřebujete dva.
² Ve všech tarifech kromě Premium se celkový počet věrnostních karet a kupónů dělí mezi všechny vaše pobočky, a to včetně karet a kupónů sdílených napříč pobočkami. Tarif Profi tak umožňuje provozovat celkem 4 věrnostní karty a 8 kupónů rozdělených mezi maximálně 3 pobočky.
³ Chytrá oznámení se odesílají automaticky podle chování zákazníka (např. blížící se dokončení věrnostní karty nebo končící platnost kupónu). Obsah a spouštěče nastavujete jednou; systém pak oznámení doručuje sám. Nevidíte, komu konkrétně bylo oznámení doručeno.
Platební podmínky
• Předplatné aktivujete ve webové administraci Můj podnik. V mobilní aplikaci nelze provádět žádné nákupy.
• Aktivace kteréhokoli tarifu, včetně tarifu Zdarma, vyžaduje zadání platební karty. Slouží k ověření, že tarif zakládá skutečný podnik. U tarifu Zdarma se z karty neúčtuje žádná cena; provádí se pouze ověřovací autorizace (případná 1 Kč se vrací).
• Platba probíhá předem opakovanou platbou platební kartou přes bránu Comgate. Souhlas s opakovaným strháváním udělíte zaškrtnutím pole při aktivaci.
• Předplatné se automaticky obnovuje. Obnovu můžete kdykoli zrušit v administraci; tarif doběhne do konce zaplaceného období.
• Zaplacená cena je nevratná; poměrná část se při předčasném ukončení nevrací.
• Daňový doklad obdržíte ke každé platbě e-mailem a najdete jej v administraci.
• Přechod na vyšší tarif je účinný ihned, doúčtujeme rozdíl za zbytek období. Přechod na nižší tarif je účinný od dalšího období.

¹ A staff account is an account with which you log in to the Věrňák application and switch it into staff mode. Only then can you accept loyalty points and redeem coupons. One staff account can be logged in on only one device at a time. On that device, anyone from your team can then serve; a staff account is not tied to a person but to a service point. Do you have one till and five servers? One staff account is enough. Do you have two tills? You need two.
² In all tariffs except Premium, the total number of loyalty cards and coupons is shared across all your branches, including cards and coupons shared across branches. The Profi tariff thus allows you to run a total of 4 loyalty cards and 8 coupons split across a maximum of 3 branches.
³ Smart notifications are sent automatically based on customer behaviour (e.g. an upcoming completion of a loyalty card or an expiring coupon). You set the content and triggers once; the system then delivers the notifications itself. You do not see to whom a notification was specifically delivered.
Payment terms
• You activate the subscription in the Můj podnik web administration. No purchases can be made in the mobile application.
• Activating any tariff, including the Free tariff, requires entering a payment card. It serves to verify that a real business is setting up the tariff. For the Free tariff, no price is charged to the card; only a verification authorization is performed (any CZK 1 is refunded).
• Payment is made in advance by recurring card payment through the Comgate gateway. You grant consent to recurring charging by ticking a checkbox upon activation.
• The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time in the administration; the tariff runs until the end of the paid period.
• The price paid is non-refundable; the proportionate part is not refunded upon early termination.
• You receive a tax document for each payment by email and can find it in the administration.
• An upgrade to a higher tariff is effective immediately; we charge the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade to a lower tariff is effective from the next period.
